JDNAI currently consists of 4 employees. We cover a territory of two states (Illinois & Wisconsin); however, we are not limited to those states with some of of our product lines. Various applications in distribution market are from various regions throughout the continental United States. We typically advise customers that are distant to go through their regional distribution avenues for they would be better able to support their needs, however, in some cases, like product availability, readiness etc. become a factor we will satisfy the customer's needs. Mostly we try to remain focused on our region where the majority of our business partners are located.

JDNAI is active in several different chapters of the Surface Mount Technology Assocation (SMTA), including the Illinois and Wisconsin chapters. Gerri Noble is the current treasurer of the Great Lakes Chapter (Illinois) and prior to that role she held the title of secretary of the Great Lakes Chapter. All the while the code of the SMTA is to present valuable information without the sales pitch.
